Our class recently completed the science unit "Build It Up". Mr. Pettipas, our student teacher, challenged the students to create a structure that would protect an egg from breaking when it was dropped from the school's roof. What a great learning experience. Many of our student's were successful in meeting the challenge.

Swimming Lessons

Every Wednesday in the month of April we are taking swimming lessons at the Nashwaaksis Indoor Pool.

Tasting Maple taffy

On March 27th our class went to King's Landing Historical Settlement. We got to see how sap is tapped from Maple trees and turned into maple taffy and syrup. Maple taffy was poured onto the snow and then rolled up with a stick. We all got to taste this delicious treat. We had a great day.
